Who are we?

The nice people here at the Lean Manufacturing Group consist of several industry experts from a variety of backgrounds.

Primarily, Randy Hough and Jon Arnett write the articles because they have the most experience in implementing lean manufacturing techniques in an industrial setting.

Otherwise, we have an injection mold designer and a website designer on our staff. We also have a great website dedicated to plastic injection mold making.

We all live in the beautiful Upper Valley of Vermont, which has to be one of the loveliest places anywhere!
